Card on file requirement

Starting on March 19th, 2024, a credit/debit card is required to make appointments. This card is secured in your account. You are not charged unless our cancellation policy is violated.

Cancellation & No-Shows

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows incur a 100% fee on the scheduled service.

1. Cancellation Notice:

Customers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This advance notice allows us to efficiently manage our schedules and provide opportunities for other clients who may be seeking appointments.

 

2. Cancellation Fee:

Should a customer cancel or reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time or fail to attend without prior notice, a cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee is set at 50% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment.

3. No-Show Fee:

If a customer does not show up on the day of their scheduled appointment, it will result in a “NO SHOW” fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price.

 

4. How to Cancel:

To reschedule or cancel appointments, kindly contact us directly through phone (843.799.1773), email (admin@windandwillowsalon.com), or through any of the forms on our website. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and a contact number in your cancellation request.

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate that you'll be running late for your reservation time, we ask that you give us a call to let us know.  If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will try our very best to accommodate you.  However, some services will be required to be rescheduled if there isn't enough time to complete your service.  

Scheduling

We are an appointment only salon.  However, you may just luck up and get a same day available appointment.  But please know, most of our appointments have been scheduled 4 - 6 weeks out. 

Re-Dos

Sometimes we may not meet your expectations, and that fine. Re-dos will be free as long as you come within 2 weeks after your appointment. Note that these re-dos don't apply to cases where you changed your mind from what you originally wanted.

Experience Fee
The Experience Fee is our service, technology, and environmental fee that is applied to all transactions. It comes to an average of 4% of the services. The purpose of the charge is to support our salon with shipping costs, being a "green salon", and technology that keeps us running smoothly so we can offer you the best experience in the best space.
