DO YOU TRAVEL TO US? Yes, we travel! We require a minimum travel fee of $75/hr per stylist/artist.
DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH MAKEUP? No, we don't at this moment.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK FOR MY WEDDING? We prefer a maximum of 6 months prior to your wedding day.
HOW DO I BOOK? Once you have decided that we are the team for you, the next step will be to complete our service agreement and send the non-refundable retainer of $100 to hold your wedding date. Once both the agreement and retainer is received then your date will be secured.
WHERE IS THE TRIAL LOCATED? All trial runs are located at our salon at 1941-A Hoffmeyer Road, Florence, SC 29501.
HOW LONG IS THE TRIAL? We ask that you allow 2-2.5 hours with us for your trial with an option of one or two looks. More information may be found in our 'Trial Run Preparations' section below.
HOW LONG WILL HAIR/MAKEUP TAKE ON MY WEDDING DAY? Once we receive the number of services and time needed for completion we will work closely with you to create a personalized timeline. We have found that every bride's style is different and therefore our approach in timing may change as well.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE FOR WEDDINGS? We have a fantastic like-minded team of stylists and makeup artists that allows us to accommodate up to a party of 10.
ARE HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIALS MANDATORY?
Hair and makeup trials are not mandatory; however, highly recommended and extremely important for these reasons:

Allows you to see if the inspirational picture that you love so much looks just as good on your skin or with your hair type.

Gives us time with you to understand your makeup desires and hair dreams.

It gives you extra time to get any hairpieces, hair extensions, or that perfect lip color that we may recommend during the trial.

Stress-free time with us on your actual wedding day rather than answering multiple questions about your desired look.

Takes away the possible uneasy feeling of "Is it going to look good?"

Lastly, on your wedding day we will be on a tight schedule to ensure you are ready in time, which does not allow extra time for last-minute changes.
I AM ON A BUDGET - CAN WE NEGOTIATE? Our prices are non negotiable.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Any canceled wedding service 31 days prior to the wedding date will not incur any fees or payments; however, you will not receive a refund for the non-refundable retainer. Any cancellation of services 30 days prior to the wedding day will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations after the 14 day (paid in full) period will result in the forfeiture of all payments. Please note, we do not allow contract changes once the contract has been signed, submitted, and the $200 non-refundable retainer has been paid.
Trial Preparation
INSPIRATION PHOTOS Come with Pinterest in hand! Having photos that inspire you which will also compliment what you envision for your wedding day is so helpful and opens up communication for both ourselves and you, the bride.
COME FRESH AND READY We ask that our brides come with clean, dry hair (no product) that has not been smoothed with a flat iron. It can cause it to make difficult for some styles including up-styles. Come with a clean fresh face with light moisturizer. Please do not use a heavy face moisturizer as that may cause a barrier and not allow best results.
ALLERGIES Super Important! Please provide a list or mention any product allergies you may have. Many hair & makeup products do contain ingredients that may be a concern to someone who is sensitive. ie: nut allergies, perfumes
WHAT TO WEAR Come wearing a shirt with the same color as your wedding dress. It will make a difference, we promise! If you have a low back wedding dress then come in wearing a low back shirt or simple dress that may be similar so you can get a real sense of the look.up communication for both ourselves and you, the bride.
VEIL/ACCESSORIES We love, love, love hair accessories! Please be sure to bring with you on the day of your trial.
