The experience starts when you head to our online booking site and find a reservation that's convenient for you.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your reservation. You'll also receive a reminder text and email two days prior to your appointment. The day of your appointment, you will pull up to the cutest little salon in the heart of Florence. You'll know you're in the right spot when you see the white Wind + Willow signage on our building.
Once you make your way inside, you'll have a seat and we'll start your consultation so we clearly know your hair goals, expectations, and beauty budget. Here, your stylist will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.
If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
We have a guest Wi-Fi, beverages, and sometimes we even have a homemade snack to keep you comfortable as your color processes.
We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. We will recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and then set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
