Scheduling

We are an appointment only salon.  However, you may just luck up and get a same day available appointment.  But please know, most of our appointments have been scheduled 4 - 6 weeks out. 

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate that you'll be running late for your reservation time, we ask that you give us a call to let us know.  If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will try our very best to accommodate you.  However, some services will be required to be rescheduled if there isn't enough time to complete your service.  

Cancellations

Your reservation with us is scheduled just for you, meaning if you aren't here then no one is in our chair. We understand things come up so should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request a 24 hour notice.  All services rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice is subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). If appointments are missed with no prior notification, 100% of the service(s) will be charged.

Children and Extra Guests

We ask that you do not bring any children or extra guests to accompany you to your appointment.
